Return and refund policy

Returns

Items provided by https://burkini-dames.com/ are new and guaranteed against defects. They are identical to those found in traditional retail and come from all listed publishers and suppliers.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Items on sale (if applicable).

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@burkini-dames.com

Defective items:.

The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their undamaged original packaging, along with any accessories, instructions, and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In this case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) (description and photos/videos attached) to contact@burkini-dames.com

To make a return, the receipt or proof of purchase must also be presented.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, we will provide you with the procedure to follow when your case is accepted according to our terms. In some situations, only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

The customer will bear the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 dollars, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipments with cash on delivery will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

Right of Withdrawal

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Badino Shop is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, excluding return costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 15 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

  • Items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
  • Items that cannot be separated from other items
  • Opened items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error
